Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client’s ecommerce needs. You need to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that the quality of work reaches our standard. You will have a chance to surrounding yourself with an international team. Your clients will be mostly Swedish and from Nordic countries. You will work directly with Enterprise Technical Sales Department

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
  • Be the main contact person to your clients
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Communicate with your team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
  • For assigned projects, be responsible for the delivery of the project’s scope within agreed time and budget

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning
  • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities
  • Good understanding in Word, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, and Sketch
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem solving skills
  • Ability to understand the big picture
  • Fluent in English. Other languages will be a benefit
  • Business and customer focus mindset

Enterprise Account Manager

As Enterprise Account Manager, you breath sales, hunger for growth and having exceptional social skills. Basically we are looking for Harley Finkelstein level of energy and enthusiasm in Ecommerce and Shopify. You will be first contact point to our new enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • Fluently in Swedish, any other Nordic languages are plus,
  • Work experience in IT and deep knowledge in Technical Sales
  • Excellent sales skills with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Presentation skills ( yes, with or without powerpoint )
  • Master in growth hack and networking

Responsibilities

  • Networking with enterprise / large clients
  • Prepare and organize networking events with us
  • Responsible as first point contacts for our new enterprise client
  • On boarding clients and assign to project manager
