Digital Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team. As the Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing your client’s ecommerce needs. You need to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that the quality of work reaches our standard. You will have a chance to work with high profile customers from all around the world, whilst surrounding yourself with an international team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
  • Be the main contact person to your clients
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Communicate with your team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
  • For assigned projects, be responsible for the delivery of the project’s scope within agreed time and budget

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Learns quickly and independently; seeks opportunities to extend and deepen learning
  • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities

Digital Project Manager Trainee Program

Company Information:

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the Digital Project Manager Trainee Program. This is a 3 month program built to prepare you to become a Digital Project Manager at ZAGO. You will be assigned a senior project manager who will guide you through the program and make sure you learn the necessary skills to succeed. You will learn how to be responsible for managing clients’ ecommerce needs and ensuring that everything is running smoothly. You will learn practical skills such as finding leads, communicating with clients, managing teams and using various ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the project manager with projects
  • Complete any necessary online training material
  • Carry out practical assignments related to ecommerce setup
  • Quality-check every task performed
  • Follow company guidelines
  • Reach training program expectations and goals

Requirements

HR Intern

ZAGO Sweden is an e-commerce agency and #1 Shopify Expert in Sweden. Do you have a burning interest in tech & ecommerce? Do you want to leverage that insight to develop ZAGO and make us ready for growth?

Position Summary

As an HR intern, you will spearhead our talent acquisition. You will be helping us figure out the best innovative recruitment and training processes suitable for building ZAGO. Later in the internship you will be able to test out these recruitment processes to build the actual team! ZAGO’s culture is innovative, encouraging outside-the-box thinking. We’re looking for an HR who is resourceful and creative, getting the job done the best way possible!

Requirement

  • Studying Bachelor or Master degree in HR or business administration,
  • Work experience in an HR role is prefered but not required
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills

Duties

  • Plan an improved recruitment process for ZAGO
  • Prepare and organize recruitment and interview process
  • Responsible for applicants communication.
  • Prepare relevant documents for ZAGO
  • Design a project management training program
