SHopify and Shopify Plus shares the same codebase, and upgrading to Shopify Plus would work the same way as you upgrade from Basic to Advance. Shopify Plus would also requires a special contact at Shopify Sales team to initiate the contract, so please Contact Us to check up the process and register / Upgrade.
You can setup each store account as 1 separated account for each Regions / Countries or Campaigns. All 10 stores will have the same features as Plus.
Also creatively, you can use one of the store for B2B.
yes, however, there are certain apps that you can use for centralising your Inventory like MS Dynamic 365, Sellberry or Nrtsuite. Acting like a central ERP for your inventory and Fulfillment.
