* Stores that are "Unlimited" do not use Task Credits. The amount of tasks that can be completed during a subscription period greatly depends on the initial submission quality (mock-ups provided with clear instruction), scope of task (within our 1 hour limit, not a project, not a list of tasks or any other attempt to abuse our service rate and limit) and general ease of communication.

** The next business day is for first delivery (before 12 AM, CET, the following day). This is not 24-hour delivery. Revisions (changes, fixes and/or errors) can take up to 12 hours, and on some occasions longer than 12 hours, if we have an unexpected influx of submissions or unexpected technical issues with your task. These delays are assumed in the price and rate of each subscription.

*** The 2 business days is for first delivery (before 12 AM, CET, 2 days following your submission). This is not 48-hour delivery. Revisions (changes, fixes and/or errors) can take up to 12 hours, and on some occasions longer than 12 hours, if we have an unexpected influx of submissions or unexpected technical issues with your task. These delays are assumed in the price and rate of each subscription.

† This special reduced plan is offered only under a prepaid 3-month commitment. Whether or not tasks are submitted or you make use of any of our additional services, under this prepaid agreement, you are on a 3-month term and the subscription may only be cancelled^††. Subscription periods cannot be paused for any reason, such as unavailability, lack of tasks, sudden dissatisfaction with service, technical issues, mistakes, etc. Due to the nature of our fast delivery service, your subscription pays towards staffing to meet the potential demand of our subscribers at any given moment. There are no pro-rated refunds.

†† Upon cancellation, your subscription will become inactive only on the date of your next renewal. Tasks may be submitted up until the last day before this next renewal date. No pro-rated refunds will be offered for subscription cancellations for any subscription offer.

‡ Bulk discounts are non-refundable due to the nature of the offer. Displayed is price per task when sold in the advertised quantities. Meant for pre-existing customers who already understand our service and wish to save without the time restriction of monthly plans. If no credits are used and a refund is requested, ZAGO retains 50% of the total cost (including taxes) of the total purchase order to cover the cost of hiring and staffing experts to meet the potential demand of our service.
